Her point about the unborn child being infected... What if it is developed enough and then dies in the womb. Does it reanimate and tear her apart from the inside out? How phenomenal would that be?!?!
I freaking love this damn show and am glad its back on again. There must be a lot of people here who have never enjoyed tv and movies. I watch entertainment to be entertained, not nitpick at every little thing, its a zombie tv show for crying out loud.
What "things" need to be talked about? The baby being a zombie?
So............. it's been confirmed everyone's already infected and you just reanimate after any kind of death regardless of an actual zombie contact.
Then why did Rick chop off Hershel's leg? It's just a bite. He's already infected to begin with.

Because a bite will speed up the process of you dying. You will also develop the fever and nightmares. What Rick did was stop the poison the zombie injected from spreading to his whole body and shut down his brain for re-animation.

Why are you so smug? I don't remember seeing that explained anywhere in the episode. In fact did they even give that black woman a name? She has like 3 lines the entire episode.

I was was wondering how they do the amputee in the movies.. i thought they digitally edit that out but it was all these green sleeve stuff
Kind of funny story, but several years ago my Army unit went to a major training event. My medics were sent to a training area that simulated a vehicle borne bomb explosion in an open air market.
They were walking through the area, the simulated bomb went off (it used Hollywood type special effects actually), and they started to triage. Several of the "actors" were strewn around the area with profuse bleeding from amputations, etc.
One of my medics started working on one person and kind of thought that the lower leg amputee had just tucked their leg underneath their body and had a prosthetic amputation attached. That was partially true, the "actor" was a real amputee who lost his leg in Iraq and got paid to inject realism into the scenario. She said she kind of freaked out for a moment when she grabbed the "stump" and realized that it was a real amputee, albeit not from the "exercise".

Im not smug, just replying to nonsense racism allegations about the "Slave" zombies. They aren't actually slaves, she cut their arms and bottom jaws off because they keep trying to attack her. After walking around with her for a while, they stopped and other zombies won't attack because shes with them.

I usually watch stuff to be entertained and not to nitpick, but.......
If, to your knowledge at the time, there is only ONE doctor left in the world, and you are having a baby that you do not know the outcome, but KNOW that you need a doctor, why would you send the doctor (who is also an old man) into the tunnels at all? Seems like he should have been left behind for the safety of everyone and future needs.
It also does seem like one could have opened up some doors, backed off to a choke point, made a ton of noise, and killed plenty of zombies to minimize the risk......

If, to your knowledge at the time, there is only ONE doctor left in the world, and you are having a baby that you do not know the outcome, but KNOW that you need a doctor, why would you send the doctor (who is also an old man) into the tunnels at all? Seems like he should have been left behind for the safety of everyone and future needs.

Probably because not everyone wants it spoiled by reading the comics or Googling it. Quit being a douche about it. And stop posting spoilers from the comic, that was established in the previous thread about the show. It's obvious most people want to enjoy the show on its own as a separate entity from the comic. People will find out the lady's name and also who the two zombies are that she has with her when the show decides to delve deeper into that plot point.
