Lucky dog.
Sorry..I'm not a fan of this series..but since everyone is talking about it..i wann know also..hohoh
Lucky dog.
Agreed. I get why they show "previously on", but if you don't already remember who Merle is, you really haven't been paying attention and the recap won't help. They kind spoiled Merle's return by showing his back story in the intro (previous on AMC's the walking dead). Would have be a cool surprise to see him otherwise. But when they showed him on the intro, it's just like "oh, i guess merle is reappearing in this episode". Ah well no big dealio.
Heh, I didn't even catch that. Perhaps they were employees? Zombies who wandered in afterwards? *shrug*Why were there both men and women zombies at the prison? Unisex penitentiary!
Because he only brings in people he can manipulate, and who wouldn't be a threat to his position. Not sure why evil eye patch guy and his band of misfits shot up all those army guys, other than to show he was a bad guy? I get wanting to use their guns/vehicles but that's also 4 or 5 trained army guys that would be perfect for protecting a town, kind of a win-win situation.
There wasn't enough of him left to be a zombie. Why didn't T-dog turn into a zombie?
Not sure what you are referring to, Rick never saw her as a zombie. She was mostly devoured by a zombie(s). That episode had a serious issue with explaining her body's disappearance. The director said that the pile of what was left of Lori had to be edited out in post production, inferring issues of too much gore. I can see how this can happen, but what was left just felt so incomplete and disjointed. That particular episode was one of my least favorite, especially considering that the prior episode was one of my favorite.Did Lori turn into a zombie or did rick just imagine that? Cause I thought kiddo shot him
I absolutely hate it when good guys are always stereotypically naive and always get fvcked with heavy consequences before finally winning.
Rick should've just shot Governor at the house.
Nice guys finish last in the real world. A lot of times, the most ruthless people or extremist organization win in times of chaos and confusion.

Especially since the Governor got there before anyone else. Kill him, get rid of the body, and they could just act like the Governor never showed up when the rest arrived.

Well the two guys in the truck knew he was there by their expressions when the crybaby asked.
Jesus this is the longest, most drawn out season ever of any show. Not saying that it's boring, just that this season premiered back on Oct 12th and we just now got the 13th episode 5 months later. Usually like to wait till all the episodes of a season are out to start watching, then i watch a bunch at a time. Only reason I started watching this season already was because I figured it had to have finished up a month or two back. Still goin' though , 2 or 3 episodes left still at least.
A villain with an eye patch? Never would have thought! Also, Andrea sucks. Maggie = hawt

Anyway, I'm surprised no one has mentioned the bonding between Prison and Woodbury characters: Herschel & Guv's sidekick; Darrel & Caeser. It implies that were it not for the egomaniacal leadership, the "ordinary folks" in both camps would actually get along.
The creator has said that "The Walking Dead" refers to the survivors, not the zombies.I really feel like I'm on the edge of not watching this show anymore. It's more like a soap opera now. I know they cut the budget, but the zombies are just background noise now...in a show called the Walking Dead.
They are just trying to survive day-to-day. The scientist at the CDC was trying to understand it, but ran out of resources. There's no way a rag tag group of non-scientists are even going to scratch the surface.I would like to see them attempt to find out more about why this happened to begin with.
It's been about a year since it all began. They went to the CDC in Atlanta, but that obviously didn't work out. They have talked about going to Fort *something*, but ran into people who said there was nothing there. Traveling long distances is perilous... Not knowing if/when you can find more gas, food, shelter. Or whether or not the roads are clear (which they often are not, even in their limited area.) At least the prison is a known quantity. Why are they not concerned at all about finding some kind of organized government/military groups? It's been how long and they haven't even left the Atlanta area?
Perhaps you don't enjoy human drama...
Just because he didn't kill him on the spot doesn't make him naive. When he returned from the meeting the first thing he said was basically "they are going to kill us", he read between the govs lines just fine. He knew it was a bunch of bullshit with exception to the possible out by giving him Michonne. Of course none of us know if that's a viable out or not, so saying Rick is naive there is a guess at best.I absolutely hate it when good guys are always stereotypically naive and always get fvcked with heavy consequences before finally winning.

spoiler:
zombies will die in the season finale
I want to see more season 1. More on the road, more survival, more scavenging, etc.
This being holed up in one place with momma baby daddy drama is just getting old.
