Carol is just beyond awesome and keeps getting better. Every time someone needs to just step up and do the hard lifting she's there. No agonizing over moral dilemmas - she just gets to work.

I almost thought the horn was Enid's parents trying to get that car working (didn't realize it was Enid and a flashback at first).

Yeah, I didn't like that they tricked us with the last shot of Enid from episode 1 actually being a flashback. Feel a bit ripped off & was a bit confused at how her story played out, since she basically ditched the town to avoid seeing her family & friends die again.

Did we ever learn what JSS meant?

I think though, Morgan put a bug in her ear by telling her he knew she didn't enjoy killing. You can see it a couple times after she basically executes people & also when she's contemplating the cigarettes on the porch steps. I think she got an injection of feeling human again, rather than just being a ruthless machine. I think the justified killings were her way of dealing with her past - her abusive husband, losing her daughter, getting kicked out of the prison, etc. But maybe that shell has cracked now...

I liked the double meaning of her being disguised as a Wolf...she was 'disguised' as a grandma in the town until push came to shove & her real personality came out.

It was about 44 minutes runtime. Which is pretty much normal for any hour long TV show on a network with commercials.

Yea I don't like they way they keep presenting things in the wrong timeline, makes for a real confusing time as one ties to figure out what is going on. If they kept it linear, it'd be a lot easier to understand until finally putting it all together in the last 10 minutes.

When Carl and Enid were sitting back to back on the floor, anyone else have daydream of Enid knifing Carl in the back as he was commenting to her about leaving him ?? That would have made a lot of us happy for all the wrong reasons.

I also thought Morgan was gonna get offed by the chubby hiding in the closet in the armory when he went in there.

Yep, me too - I commented to my wife that they were going to kill Morgan off with the fat lady in the "armory", and then the wolfie was there.

Looked to me like he and Carol were taking two opposite directions. Killer and not killer. And yes, he is leaving. But who knows.

I think Enid is a Wolf or working with them. She was leaving before they arrived, there was an A on one of the handrails on one of the houses, she started told Carl there was too many blind spots and not easy to defend and started to say more and Carl cut her off.
