Bought the game off GOG and it doesn't show anywhere.

If you are using GoG Galaxy click on the Witcher 3 on the left then go to More>Configure & the DLC should be listed underneath the automatic updates. Tick them to download & install them.

Also don't forget to "buy" the free DLC pack.

werewolf

in the "wild at heart" quest? That fucker is ridiculous, he regens over 50 hp per second. I can get him down to maybe 1/3 - 1/2 health but he will always manage to hit me and it's either back off or die.

Use the grindstone and armor bench to increase your armor and weapons effectiveness, quen before battle, igni on the werewolf then land heavy strikes. You should also have an upgraded silver sword. Do not be using the one you get from the beginning, use the viper silver sword if you have it. After you win you have options for the quest.

Fast strike damage and critical chance first for me. Then a couple upgrades to heavy strike, instant death chance, igni, and then crossbow damage

I've only spent 2 out of 6 points so far, and put them in the "General" category for light armor =20% crit chance/5% damage (Whatever it is) per piece of light armor. I slotted that skill.

The other point went into fast attack damage +...but isn't yet slotted. I don't want to commit too much right now, plus I am seeing that I can handle most of the entire starter map so far at level 2 and now 3, without any need for fancypants attributes.

I'm quite happy now with performance, can get it around 40fps average on Ultra with a few tweaks with my 280x OC card,not demanding as I thought .

I read about that for people with the frame limiter on. They said to put it to unlimited and vsync on or off instead of using the frame limiter.

I played with it and 4x doesn't seem to affect image quality much. 2x and Geralt's hair will shimmer constantly.

yup, that happened to me for the first time last night. Though I don't think I have frames capped...maybe vsync is on. I haven't really paid attention

I did switch it to fullscreen very early on, only because I happened to notice that setting. I did have the one freeze--haven't touched steam overlay, yet.

Yes this is a major PITA for lots of players it seems as such.
