From what I've heard, this appears to be a high-end cooler with a $40 budget cooler price. With $11 shipping, it looks like it'll come out to $51 before tax. Still, it's a pretty slick deal considering how much the HR-02 was (like $80 or something?), and that the 'MACHO' version comes with a fan as well.

The site does look sketchy, but some guys over at [H]ard forum seemed to have no trouble ordering and getting the HR-02 MACHO.

I haven't decided if I'm getting it myself. I don't need it, but it seems like such an awesome deal....
