Why are you trying to replace your Dell heatsink? The 4600 is one the quietest computers I've ever come across (Dell is reknowned for their low fan speeds). It's far quieter than my Thermalright SLK-947U w/ Enermax Adjustable in an Antec Sonata or my Alpha 8045 w/ Panaflo L1A with an Enermax Silent PSU. That's saying a lot because I try my best to silence my computers and they can't top a Dell.
