Why are you trying to replace your Dell heatsink? The 4600 is one the quietest computers I've ever come across (Dell is reknowned for their low fan speeds). It's far quieter than my Thermalright SLK-947U w/ Enermax Adjustable in an Antec Sonata or my Alpha 8045 w/ Panaflo L1A with an Enermax Silent PSU. That's saying a lot because I try my best to silence my computers and they can't top a Dell.

this is sooo tempting because of the AS-5 for me...I keep losing my stupid tubes of AS-2. Well maybe not lose technically but I put em somewhere and I don't know where. Probably somewhere in a box in storage back at school.

By the way, I did some looking up and the new XP-120 (it's not SP if you've been wondering why there's so few google hits for it) is a BEAST...damn.
Fairly certain with the 4000RPM 120mm Delta strapped on blasting air out you could probably run a 226W Peltier without water-cooling relatively well.
Heck, if the freakin' Swiftech MCX4000-T could dissipitate enough heat on air for that pelt, this monster can definitely do it.

Oooh boy, the days of air cooled pelts are back baby...

IT'S SOOOO NOISY!. As soon as I start running ANY game it starts to HOWL like a Banshee! I thought it was the new x800 but soon realised it's the Dell itself

Just wanted to say that I got my package in from case-mods.com.
got my hs, as5 and fan, everything looks awesome.

The fan is bare wired, which I though was weird. Then I found the actual cable you swap it out with that has the right plugs... Very cool to include the original bare wire and also give you the extra wire set with the right plugs...

BUMP for an AWESOME deal... (Just waiting for my a64 mobile and mobo now!!!)
