Thermaltake Water cooling OR Peltier?

Hey guys, im about to build a kick arse system, and want some serious and quiet cooling.

They both look like good products for a nebie like me. They both have their advantages.
The water kit is alittle quiter and cheaper, but the peltier is easier to install and safer.

What would you choose for solid stable cooling, at really low sound levels?

I remember seeing a review where the subzero barely lost to an slk800 w/ 75cfm smartfan2 in power mode and a couple C in silent mode. The price is pretty high though when you basically get a top performing but quiet hsf. I'd go for the Aquarius II if those were the choices but there are many other kits out there that perform better if you can afford it.

BTW, What's the lowest price you can find on the Aquarius II harleyrana? I'm looking for one myself.

i like the Thermaltake products because they are simple to instal, and fairly cheap.
the Peltier subzero is toping my list at the moment. it looks like the simpilest peltier setup out there. with the pci card, theres no worries about power, or running to cold.

what would you recomend instead?

one thing i'll say about thermaltake is that their CS is awesome ...

they sent the entire front panel for my XaserII case, thermal tape and sorts of accessories FOR FREE ... all i had to do was ask!

unfortuneatly that doesnt compensate for their POS water cooling kits
