Same thing happened to me. The first time, I tore alot of slots cause I wasn't taking my time. On the second one, I used my X-Acto knife to make clean cuts. It was a pain and took forever, but oh well. Also, each sleave has a little flap on top which you use to cover the top of the cd so that it presumably doesn't fall out if you turn it upside down. It's kinda hard to get the flap over the cd, especially if the sleave is completely full of cd's.
Caselogic cd cases are so much better in terms of quality, but they're also around 4-5 times as expensive. These cheapo geek cases get the job done, but don't expect grade-A quality.
