My only complaint is that women don't understand how to set the thermostat (its probably already been mentioned).

Women logic: "Its kinda warm in here, about 73F in fact. I really wish it was 70F. I'll turn it down to 55F, I'm sure that will do it". A bit later. "Kinda cold in here, about 68F. I really wish it was 70F. Better turn it up to 80F".

True, but assuming a properly sized unit and reasonably tuned control circuitry, that shouldn't matter. Set it to the temperature that you want, and leave it. Good programming should take care of the rest.

Although this thread does make my grateful that the woman in MY life conforms to very few of these stereotypes!
