Things missing from P180 case

arggg i'm so angry if this is right

I got a P180 for christmas shipped from *EDIT ZIPZOOMFLY* and the case seems to be missing 2 things I planned on using. It came with NO removable fan spoiler (the thing that covers the top fan) and no lower hard drive cage (that lets you mount hd's on the bottom). It is supposed to come with both of these right? I can't believe i got screwed out of this if its true, i'm so :|.

Is there any way i could order these from antec or possibly request them? I thnk its too late to return this to zipzoomfly and i really don't feel like taking everything out of the case and returning it.

Contact Antec, I have heard good things about their customer service. All they can say is "No free items".

edit: If you are that upset do a credit chargeback.

alright i left them a message.

Oh yeah, i just found out I don't have the hard drive rails that come with the top exhaust as well... so now i can't even install the damn thing. Thanks a lot antec.

This doesn't sound like it is Antec's fault. It would seem that the retailer, or at least one of its employees, got a little greedy.

I would contact Antec though, i dont know what RKS is talking about. Antec is EXCELLENT customer service.

It definitely includes all of those parts - I would pester Newegg to send them out, not Antec

I agree, I don't see antec forgetting those parts. you can also email them and they are very fast. they will get you a "trouble ticket" and ship the parts right away!

Antec's service is top notch!!

did yours come in an unopend antec box? mine did and i got it from some no name site.... i got all the parts in the box...

There should have been a brown cardboard box with the spoiler and 2 drive rails.

Missing HD cage is a new one, hopefully customer support has contacted you already, but if not they will soon.

Yeha it never came with any sort of brown cardboard box. >< I'm quite upset about this. Man...why did it have to be me?

Sounds like Newegg is selling returns or pulling parts for damaged cases out of other boxes to me

I concur.
It seems like NewEgg is at fault. I would make them pay instead of Antec.

Eitherway, I called up antec sience my side panel's plastic foot broke off. sent me a replacement within a week.

Yeah, my side panel got borked in shipping...I have a new one en route. Antec is awesome. DUnno why you were missing that stuff.....thought the spoiler serves no purpose.

oh and by the way, I did NOT get the case from newegg just to clear that up. I got it as a christmas present and I thought it was newegg but it was really zipzoomfly, just to clear that up.

Antec Customer Service is frickin top notch. I sent them an email. 2 minutes after I send it, I get a phone call from them. I was amazed.
