I don't get how hairs grow slow and its normal for a average human to lose 100+ a hairs a day. Should't everyone be like bald since you lose hair fast than it grows??

But if you were bald then you couldn't lose 100+ hairs a day! This is the kind of thing that causes rips in the space-time continuum.

I don't understand how 3+ lanes of traffic can be stopped but you can see that just 100 yards ahead all of the lanes are moving just fine.

The simple answer is that there are WAY more than 100 hairs on your head. Just reach up and pinch a bit of hair between you fingers. That's like 1000 hairs. Oh and you don't lose hair faster than it grows, because the hairs you lose aren't lost permanently (if you're lucky). By the time you lose the hair that surrounds the hair that you lost a year ago the hair that you lost a year ago is as long or longer than the hair that you're losing now. Of course some people never grow it back, and they go bald. If you grow it back then you don't go bald. Not so puzzling to me...
