Thinking About A App That Conveniently Creates And Organizes Ringtones/Alarms

What I mean is like:

Press link to record your voice and attach the voice file to an alarm, such as: (3pm-its time to go to the gym)

Also I want to record the audio on videos such as on YouTube

Also I want to be able to type messages on the alarms as well, not just voice recordings


Im going to try to make it in C++ because I'm trying to learn that language due to most video games use C++.

You can do pretty much all that with the alarm on Samsung phones (not sure about the stripping audio from YouTube though)

If it's an app for a mobile phone you need to code it in Java to get it to work on the phone.

C++ can be used in part of the program but the app has to be in java. Are you unable to read?

If you can do it in C++ you can probably do it in Java too, no need to make it any harder on yourself. For a project like this you probably wouldn't be using the stuff in C++ that makes it well-suited for game development anyway, and much of what you learn would be transferable.
