The Graduate to BlackBerry Trade Up Program gives you two options when trading up to a new BlackBerry smartphone.
1. Put the extra cash from your old device towards your purchase of a BlackBerry Smartphone or;
2. Donate the funds generated from your trade-in to one of the charities listed in the menu at the end of this process.
Remember, your trade-in is also helping to keep our landfills safer, and our environment cleaner. The The Graduate to BlackBerry Trade Up Program uses ISO 9001 and 14001 certified recycle programs, ensuring the greenest methods of e-waste disposal possible.
Free Shipping and Postage
We take care of the postage! Once you have accepted the credit offered for your phone, simply print out the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package. All postage will be paid for by the The Graduate to BlackBerry Trade Up Program
If you're trading in multiple devices from multiple locations, simply indicate this when filling out your request. We will contact you to help arrange for shipping.
When sending in your old device, be sure to include:
1. Proof of Purchase receipt for your new BlackBerry smartphone. (see below for alternatives).
2. The trade-in receipt. This will ensure you get trade-in value originally quoted.

In order to receive the trade-in value for your old cell phone or wireless device(s), you will need to provide a proof of purchase receipt for a new BlackBerry smartphone. The purchase will need to have been 30 days prior to or 30 days after the quote date. You can provide this in the following ways:
