yeah you know.. the ones who think the DARE programs at school are a waste and that all drugs should be legalized.. (not all of those type of ppl though) They'd probabl offer the kids some type of lessons on how to do it without getting caught.
DARE is a waste, not only a waste but completely counter productive. One of our local dare cops even ODed a few years back, great role model And yes, without a doubt, drugs should be legal for adults.

I agree with one premise here and that's illegalization of drugs does lead some mothers and fathers in the innercity use thier kids to deal durgs which does lead to increased usage. The kids won't do time and won't knark on thier parents if caught.
Everything else you said is utter BS covererd in hundered of threads here.
