About to order a fan to strap to the side of the case.
Any suggestions for something small and quiet? I'll measure how much room I have for a fan when I get a chance.

The thing is only 25 watts. I'd bet its fine as is, though it is an odd arrangement.

Get a Noctua NH-D14

As cbrunny said, that thing wont generate enough heat anyways so you are fine.

Im going cool it with 480 radiator, with 4000rpm fans. Just kiddin. the stock fan is more than adequate.

I have two machines with the NH-D14 and one with the NH-U9DX i4. I wonder if Noctua is going to come out with a cooler for the AM1 socket. If they do I'll get the Noctua NH-L9a just for the hell of it.

Which side of the case do you want to the fan?

1. The side of the case with the PCI-E slot will handle at 80mm fan using those rubber fan mounts.

2. The side opposite the PCI-E slot is made to handle at 120mm fan. See the following slient PC review of the internally identical APEX MI-008 for an example:
