Now....to be frank, I don't consider myself strong at all...


I needed to hold up This french door french door by myself for about 20 seconds from the top center to have it moved in place and I could barely lift it....talking sort of like a dead lift, arms extended at 45 out and almsot 90 up and I could barely do it.....

Moving it, sliding it, tilting it and lifting the whole damn thing with someone else was easy, but on my own I could barely lift it it

That sunamubth weighed too much

edit: btw, that was me after about a 11hour workday, 2 hours of soccer, and falling asleep on the floor for about 20min thereafter
