Not to change the subject, but I do like the owner from the second hour and how he brags on his wall of awards from the first two years he was open. I used to work at a newspaper and those are the kinds of awards we'd give out several times a year. Our ad department would make sure our biggest or newest advertisers would always get voted best so we could continue to get their advertising.
Someone blew enough smoke up that poor guys ass about his food that he has spent the last 30 years thinking he rocks the kitchen.
