This good enough for Ti 4200 cooling? (PIC)

The fan on my PNY Geforce4 Ti4200 is dying. It's rattling so badly that I can hardly stand it. I looked around for a replacement fan, and the cheapest is the Vantec Iceberq (size 40mmx40mm)for 15$ + shipping from svc. But I also found this chipset heatsink thats about the same size (37mmx37mm). Picture and Details . Will this work fine for the card ? I haven't overclocked it, and don't intend to in the future. Also, I have a quiet panaflo that I can direct to blow onto this heatsink. I'm hoping this will be just as good as a noisy hs+fan solution. Any thoughts?

On my Ti4200 (also with whiny fan) I just unscrewed the fan from the heatsink and unplugged it. Then I took a PCI expansion slot cover and bent it so that an 80mm L1a case fan would fit right alongside the video card's heatsink. I ziptied, hotglued and taped the fan to the bent bracket. I screwed this fan bracket to the case along with an existing slot cover so you can't see it from the outside. Now I have a much quieter, higher flowing fan that I can adjust with my baybus for next to nothing. I'll see if I can post some pics tonight.
