Send her a note to bring in the unit about a week before the 60th day (just to make sure it is still booting)! And then ran anti-virus/spyware program to see if there is any. It's most likely a trojan timed every 60 days. If you find a virus/spyware, let her know and then advice her the techniques of using Admin/Limited Users access. She should be the only one with Admin access and everybody else is on limited access. This will drastically reduce virus/spyware infections. Some trojans especially in this case are usually written in the boot sector. And the only way to remove them is a full format or zero'ing the hdd. As for the bigger baby bottle, well . . . that's totally a different story but you can take some hints from Bill C on how to handle that without being impeached!
