Naw, two things are clear, first that this was not an experienced rider, the "always get the big picture" was taught to me in drivers ed way back, this mindset would only be doubly important on a motorcycle, you can't react to a situation if your oblivious to your surroundings. Second is you can you can find inexperienced operators in ANY type of vehicle and they will always represent a danger, a friend of mine was killed by a 16yr old driving a car who did a U-turn in the middle of a state rd. he tried to stop but evidently motorcycles don't brake all that well (I might be wrong here, please correct me if so), he wound up T-boning the Honda and went airborne, spent 2 weeks in a coma then passed. Tragically, he left behind a wife, a 3yr old and a 1 month old kids. We used to golf together when we worked at the same place, one of the nicest young men I've ever worked with..
