That motorcyclist should be arrested for reckless endangerment. There is absolutely no reason he needs to be that far over towards the shoulder. Stupid fuck should have his license revoked permanently and have to spend 30 days in jail with a felony on his record. Driving is a privilege and this fucker does not deserve it.

That said, most urban cyclists are fucking assholes. These guys did not appear to be hogging their lane or riding in a manner that should have exposed them to this.

Still can't figure out how he hit them though. He's going way to slow to not be able to easily turn away or slow down. If he was going faster I could see it. It's not target fixation. To slow for that, or retarded if he is. Usually you have a slimmer margin or error and faster speeds to have target fixation. I think he totally just zoned out.
