The flip flops refer to the thongs or goaheads sitting on the table by the nursing mother, not her breasts. Putting shoes on a table not public nursing is what was referred to as disgusting as would eating off the floor be. Hope this helps.

If I came into a restaurant and saw this, I would find a nearby table and position myself where I could keep an eye on things. Hopefully I'll remember to chew my food and not just swallow. For the people who don't like this, turn your chair or position yourself at the table where you don't see it. I don't mind at all. In my days at many restaurants, I've seen much worse things than this. I think we need more boobs at restaurants this way I can fill two of my vices at the same time (porn and food).
