You're right about the proportions but wrong about photoshop. Those are real pictures of a child who is going to have some serious health problems when he's older.

Richard's dad is a World Martial Arts Champion and the Master of the family Martial Arts School. His mom is a Fitness Champion and has a Science degree from Moscow University.

If they knew how well this would fsck up his joints, they wouldn't be doing it. Being experienced in the martial arts and competition world doesn't make you a fitness guru. Hell I'm not a fitness champ but I atleast know not to put a child through that kind of physical stress when his body is still developing.
