Why do I hate NJ, two words... TRAFFIC CIRCLES!

NJ is doing away with the traffic circles, many have been removed and redisgned as normal intersections. The next big one to go is in Marlton at the 70 and 73 intersection, it will now be made into an overpass type of intersection.
Sweet! I hate that circle... made it such a pain just to get to Olga's Diner for a bite to eat.

OH GOD....don't eat there. I think they are closing it down anyway when they build the new intersection. I saw not too long ago that it was for sale though, over 3 million they wanted for that dive.

That place is garbage. Though thankfully they're redoing that clusterfvck of an intersection.
It used to be one of the only places you could go late at night if you were underage, now there are diners everywhere. Denny's and the Medford diner were other options.

There aren't too many other states I would rather live in then NJ, Vermont is one of those states. I think New England is beautiful, anyone from that area that has busted on NJ in this post, I understand.

Ahh Medport diner, the place where potheads, cokeheads, and the occasional trucker can all have a cigarette together at 3am on a Wednesday. Its much better than the newly opened Marlton diner (which drove Olga's out of business), where you see all the people from high school that you never wanted to see again in your life, and you have to hear how half of the level 3 kids who never tried one ounce in school are now getting their criminal justice degree from the community college.

Then there is Sage, a happy medium right next door to Wendy's. Grab a burger, have some coffee and relax. All 4 diners inside 10 miles

and sp33demon....no, you're wrong. While both have good cold sandwiches, when it comes to hot food, there really is no comparison...Sheetz eats Wawa for lunch. Back home there was a Wawa maybe a half mile down the street from me, and a Sheetz about 5+ miles down the highway. If I'm hungry, I drive right past the Wawa and go to Sheetz. Also, the Sheetz usually DOES have lower gas prices.

I don't eat hot food, there's nothing healthy that I like that's hot. Wawa has superior food options for what I want. Sheetz gas prices are competitive with Wawa, but it depends on the area since Sheetz are franchised and it depends on the owner. In MD, Sheetz will try to sneak a couple cents here and there over Wawa so I don't even bother with them anymore.

Yea, it does vary from place to place. The highway where I live has about 15 gas stations in a 10 mile stretch, so its very competative(hence why its lower prices), and the Sheetz is usually the one to drop price first, and last to raise. Ehhhh.....healthy food....I can't remember the last time I ate something healthy.

Siva: Yeah haven't tried the new Marlton diner, where's that located? Relative to Champ's and Olga's? Meford Diner was a bunch of derelicts at night, I always felt sorry for the waitresses! They had to put up with kids on drugs, truckers, and our geeky selves! The Sage is fun, right by the Copperfield's. I like both places. If you want a real trucker/biker hangout, go up 73N to Jay's Elbow Room. Shady! I used to work at the Texaco right next to it (that went out of business now) as a summer job from college. I remember seeing couples leave that bar and many times all you would see was a head bobbing up and down. Rofl.

Creative, when I'm back visiting I'll hit up the Moorestown pub (very blue collar but awesome lunch prices on food), PJ Welihan's off Lenola road, and sometimes the bowling alley in Maple Shade. Usually I'll just go to Olde City in Philly though, more girls my age (26-30 crowd) there.

Yeah I know Olde City well, a ton of fun there. The only problem with going into Philly is that you have to drive home after drinking.....not fun!!!

You should check out the new PJ's in Medford Lakes....it has the same age group as me 26-30, which seems to be the ages you are interested in. The PJ's in Medford Lakes is beautifully built and always packed with fun people, I have been there sometimes and felt at 28 years old that I was a grandpa in that place (still nice to talk to all the younger girls though).

New Jersy has a city name Lebanon. Why? Who lives there? Anyone from Syria, Jordan? Why would someone name a city based on the country where there are plenty of terrorist roaming free? Why not then name a city called "City of israel." Where are those Jewish liberals? Can anyone please tell me the story of this city, "LEBANON" in new jersy. I am very interested. God bless you all.

Oh boy.......You sir take the cake for the stupidist post in this thread!!!! I am sure there are all kinds of stupid names of towns in the U.S., who cares??? There is probably a town named Lebanon in a few diferent states besides NJ. I have never heard of Lebanon NJ, but I have heard of Lebanon PA. The town named Lebanon in PA is where Lebanon Bologna gets it's name from.

I guess I just made you look really stupid, sorry about that....asshat.

I don't think he cares about you, NJ, or this thread. It's funny that you got all worked up over it though
