About a month a friend/partner ripped me off for about $1,000.00. This morning I called him on his cell phone to discuss this situation. Well I guess he tried to hang up on me and failed. The call has been connected now for almost 2 hours. I would love to see the look on his face when he gets his next cell phone bill.

Do you all not have cell phones? Platapus may be dialing a local call to that guys cell, yet the fellow is still losing minutes in a hurry. It may end up that he starts going into the red, so yes, it's a valid move (if still not a bit disporportionate.)

I'm sorry but you are mistaken. He is charged for incoming calls as well as outgoing. I am at home on my land line it doesn't cost me a thing. I know a 2 hour phone call will npt make up for the 1,000 but its a start.

uhhh... no, its the guy who will be charged. Remember, cell phones are based on minute plans, and if he dialed from a stationary line, and other guy was local to him, the other guy will be charged.

Hes still deluding himself to think this is some sort of revenge, even at really outrageous minute fees 120 minutes @ .28 is only $33.60 so that doent even come close to $1,000.00!!!!

True that the cost of his cell phone bill won't come close to the $1000. Depending on the cell phone plan, now if he has no more mins left, the guy could be left paying for any extra mins he uses to make or receive calls.

That still doesn't come close to the 1k but something is better than nothing. I'm sure he's po'd though if he finds out how he fscked up.

I don't think its revenge it's just comical. Skywyr I'm not deluding myself nor am I delusional.I have the district attorney working on revenge. I will get my money so the joke is on him. I will sit here in front of my computer with my phone off the hook steadily increasing his cell phone bill. one last thing I have a dsl line so it doesn't interupt my unreal tournament time either.
