This may be a stupid question, but...

The Silverstone GD05B case has a 120mm filtered opening below where the PSU goes that is designed to line up with a PSU fan and suck cold air in from the outside to cool the PSU. Would there be any issue if the PSU I'm planning on getting has a 135mm fan instead of a 120mm one? Obviously the fan would be larger than the opening, but I just want to make sure there isn't some reason why this would mess things up somehow.

No, it'll just get less airflow than intended. However, if your PSU is efficient, it won't require that much cooling in the first place and for the most part the fan will spin at a very slow speed.
