I recently built a new box for my son and his wife and installed 98SE. Their old system was running ME. They wanted to go back to SE and are happy overall, but they're crying in their coffee over loosing the ME game "Pinball".

Would someone be kind enough to email me a copy of pinball.exe?

You're going to need a lot more than just pinball.exe. Anyway, I can compress the whole thing in winzip and send it to you, but I have Windows 2000, not M.E., so I'm not exactly sure if it will work or not. PM me if you're interested.

Thanks for responding. Why do I need more than the game's .exe file? Is pinball more complex than the Spider solitaire game? I ask because they asked in time for me to copy the Spider.exe file to their new system running 98SE and that game runs perfectly. I assumed it would be the same with pinball.

Well, in \Program Files\Window NT\Pinball\ there are a lot more files than just pinball.exe. But I can email you just the program file by itself, to see if it works that way.

I once had to transfer Spider Solitare to my dad's 2000 machine so my sister could play it.. I had to go back and forth between my laptop looking for all the .dll files and junk.. Just the .exe won't work

Hmmmm...... perhaps the 2K version is different? Cause I'm here to tell ya Spider.exe from ME runs fine by itself.
