To all of those saying that this is how macaroni salad is and that it's supposed to feed 30 people, I offer you Paula Deen's macaroni salad recipe. Paula Deen is known for added ungodly amounts of fat and butter to dishes, yet to the same amount of macaroni she adds 3 hard-boiled eggs, 1 cup of mayo, and no sugar or sweetened condensed milk. Compare that to the 2 cups of mayo, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 cup of sugar that Mongo, I mean Wanda, adds. She also says that it makes 4-6 servings, not 30.
