This Simpsons Special is Horrible

Gimmie rerun futurama/family any day, the older simpsons' eps have their place in history, but I think its time to quit.

The Simpsons Special was pretty bad.

I thought it was very funny. Although I know it's trendy here to bash the Simpsons, it's still 100 times funnier than Family Guy or South Park IMO.

As far as I know they're not bringing Family Guy back (hence the new series by its creator). From what I've read, they're just showing the old episodes because My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss completely tanked in the ratings.

Huh - that's cool, I guess. FG is definitely better than the average network comedy, although it pales in comparison to Arrested Development or the Simpsons IMO. Right now I think Arrested Development is much better than any other comedy on TV - I only hope Fox keeps it on, because it hasn't done well in the ratings.
