Wow, that's pretty tragic. I feel bad for the families. About 25 years ago, there was a similar case near me when someone on a chicken farm tripped and fell into a vat of chicken excrement. Died of asphyxiation.

Railcars? I've never heard of that. I have heard of people dying when cleaning grain silos; gas from the fermenting grains.
