Place called Wo Hop in Chinatown. It was fucking awesome.

Agreed, Wo Hop is delicious! Which ones do you guys go to? The upstairs or downstairs? I have no idea if they are the same restaurant...

Pretty much. If you only go for A health rated chinese restaurants, you'll never get to the good stuff.
It is straight up impossible to prepare (some) classic asian dishes properly while meeting modern american health requirements.
