Hello everyone...
Hopefully I'm posting in the right section, if not sorry.
I'm building a compter or my 9 year old son. He plays Steam games and Mine Craft the most. If his system could handle it, I'm sure there would be more PC games installed. Anyway, I've done some research and came up with this build.

I was also wondering if the onboard video could be used for now that would support the Steam games without lagging. I'd like to cut the cost down as much as possible and add to it later. He's really not going to know the difference between video cards, motherboards, memory, etc. but I will since he will be complaining that it's lagging and taking forever!
I have a Microcenter close by, so the price automatically drops $45 for the i5. We already have a 500gb 7200rpm WD drive. Maybe later a SSD would be purchased for the OS and use the 500 for data/storage. He has dual monitor setup with a 22in ViewSonic and 32" LG HDTV. Memory can be upgraded at a later date, 8gb will be more than sufficient at this time.
So I guess some of my questions would be:
Total: 465.83 (including the $$ difference of the i5 from microcenter)

Other options I looked at......
Tiger Direct: Case/PSU bundle 74.99

Microcenter: i5-3570k 169.99
SuperBlitz: Hyper 212 23.99
NewEgg: ASRock Pro4-M 109.99
Corsair 8gb Low Profile 39.99
Total: 418.95
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Will this board provide me with enough options to add on?
What video card (Brand/size, etc.) is best at a reasonable price to add on later?
If I'm not over clocking, do I need to purchase the cooler?
Do I need the higher PSU if I'm going to add video later?
