Threatening PM

wtf! this is totally off-topic, but this is f*cked up! i just received a threatening private message out of the blue from user k0tchy. the message reads:

"You have been reported to the proper federal authorities, they will contact you shortly."

what the hell is that? has anyone else received this message? and mr. moderator: how can i report this person to you guys so you can ban them?

he's just being an idiot...theres nothing illegal about price matching...its perfectly legal and its up to the company whether or not they want to allow low price guarentees and to what extent...gov't and authorities can't regulate that at all...theres a reason we call them private corporations
