Got the problem now... i email xbox consumer service, waiting for an answer.

Got some little questions....are they quick to ship one back? do they ship the same xbox? I heard i gotta pay for the shipping...is that true??

Do they offer free games as a compensation because it freakin break when Rock band 2 is comming out!!!!!!!!!??????

You can set up a repair through that link, they'll mail you a coffin with prepaid shipping label, you mail it, and receive your console back hopefully within a few weeks time. I'm in the process of doing it now myself

As I posted in the thread yesterday about the someone's RROD:

I submitted an RMA request online on a Friday (August 22nd) at about 10pm the box showed up Tuesday (August 26th) I mailed it out that day and I had my 360 back Monday (September 8th) which wasn't bad at all considering I lost a day due to Labor Day as well. Most of that time was just due to shipping however (3-4) days from California and my replacement was sent out the same day they received it.

And no they won't send you free games for compensation but they sent me a 1 month Xbox Live card.

You should always call them, much faster response than email. Bad side is you'll have to listen to Max for 30-minutes.
