Ti4200 8x 128 getting cheaper now $99 after MIR

So why am I mad you say, because I got one from CompUSA based on last week's "Hotdeal" posting and it's only an 8x w/64mB.
Maybe I'll buy the TigerDirect and return the CompUSA one.

If you order from tiger direct, you get what you deserve, also the link you posted is a OEM version. Dont know if those come with the lifetime warranty or the faster memory on-board.

I've bought from TigerDirect before and have had no problems, maybe I'm lucky???
I'm more worried about PNY and have avoided them up until last week because I'm cheap but wanted a Ti4200.
As for getting want you deserve PNY is notorious for mis-labelling packages just read the threads in this forum.
The webpage says full lifetime labor and parts warranty from the manufacturer, and since there is no bundled software
in the retail versions the OEM (if this is OEM) versions are equivalent, unless you want a pretty box, too.

then yesterday, i brought in my receipt and that 10% off coupon and they gave me 7.99 back

Knowing TigerDirect, these are OEM and have the slower clocked memory. Meaning the 64MB version is faster. Never know with these guys.
