if it was tied up, and he came in and got that final out and baltimore came up to bat and scored points to put them in the lead, ryan is still the active pitcher hence the reason he was credited with the win. he got relived the next time detroit came up, but baltimore already had the lead. and since the reliever wasnt the active pitcher when they took the lead, he doesnt get accredited with the win. hope that made sense.Originally posted by: Tyler
