1989 Chrysler Daytona (2.2L turbo engine)...and a few cheap mods (thanks to Soybomb ) worth around $500 is gonna get this thing hopefully into the 14 second range for the 1/4 mile. Can't wait to play with this thing...oh and I'm getting the car for free

here's someone who got his 89 daytona to do the 1/4 mile in 12.68 seconds @ 110.4mph. :Q:Q:Q

Thats how its spelt on the car! It says Porche Boxter and the viper says Dogde Vipper GT. Come to think of it, when I bought them from the guy in the alley, I did ask why they both looked a lot like '84 Chevettes, but he said they were both redesigned with a retro look for 2001! Like the PT Cruiser, that look is all the rage, man! Even the badging is all retro - its written in crayon.

Awesome deal too - $75,000 for the pair! Sweet!
