TNT2 Ultra upgrade to .... ?

I just splurged 300 bucks for this Annihilator 2 for this machine, but overlooked my other computer, which has a Creative Labs TNT2 Ultra, what should I upgrade it to for around 200 dollars?

Should I go for an older GeForce DDR or Geforce2 MX?

Just noticed something too on my TNT2 system, I did some OpenGL benchmarks in WinTune, and got a really low score, like 21, instead of 80some like it should get... but D3D performance is over par

I have CL's 6.18 drivers (it did the same with det 3 drivers), an Abit BX133 mobo with a P3 550 and 192 megs of RAM, any diagnostics I can run to find this problem?

nVidia's getting too casual with their driver updates. It's NOT good to find out that both lowly TNT's and 'spensive GF2's have a severe deterioration in OpenGL BM's with the same drivers. And falling back to the Det2 5.30 and 5.22 drivers probably won't help. Thank goodness someone is keeping Diamond's disgusting tradition of dismal drivers alive! Is S3 really a division of nVidia?
