I have no words that can adequately explain my thoughts on all this.

My thoughts are with you all and hope that no-one that I have come to know recently is directly involved in this tragedy.

I'm sorry of what happended. It's the biggest news in history. This should not had happended!
But I want to say that:
DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID!!! (like sending a few atom boms).
We all know that your the biggest. You don't have to prove it!
This can be solved diplomaticlly. DON'T START WORLDWAR 3!!!
You do have the right to defend yourself against this terrorism but in reaseneable matter.
Please, I'm asking you do not start a war. (My parents are already in shock and fear).

You post is exactly the sort of post I would not like to see after an event like this, it only serves to inflame members and create bad feeling.

Well said. I thought of a response or two, but decided to keep it to myself, especially after reading your post.

I hope everyone I know in those areas and everyone I have not had the chance to meet are ok. I thought I was already having trouble sleeping, and this will not help...

Try to stay calm .. and try to understand that millions of American people are also sitting here in shock and fear at this very second.
