If you're buying a mobo, and need all the cables, your best bet would be to find a retail mobo that fits your needs and your budget. As far as buying refurb from newegg, it's a hit or miss affair. I think they only back the refurbs for a few weeks, so if you want to send it back, you should read the fine print. I bought a refurbed ATI video card from them and have had no problems with it. Also, refurb items are still fully covered by manufacturer's warranties, so just make sure if you get something refurb, you buy it from a known and respected manufacturer. One time I bought an FIC video card, and I couldn't send it in to get repaired, because they stopped making video cards, so that is something to keep in mind...
