First off, let me state that I do work for this company, get nothing from posting this, and it has been approved by a Mod.
Go to Motel 6's website and look up a city you are interested in. Click on the specific motel and then click the red "Rates and Availability" button. Select the dates and number of adults and then click on "Check Availability." Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the discount rates (on the motels I checked it was $33.99 instead of $39.99). Make your reservation!
A few things to save you some trouble:
READ the website FAQ, there is very important info contained in it
Print out the confirmation
Bring the above printout with you
Call a week before your check-in date to make sure that 1) rates have not changed and 2) they show your reservation in the system
Motel 6 charges by the number of adults, children under 17 are free.
If there is a single person checking in, you will be getting a queen bed, if it is more than one, you have a choice of two doubles or a queen.
The key is inserted with the text facing up and quickly removed before tha handle turns (similar to Texaco gas pumps a CC's)
I really wish people would remember the above.
Just something to think about when you check in, be nice, it matters.
We'll leave the....ah crap, been working here too long: P
I am NOT a representative of Motel 6. I work for them, but I can in no way gaurentee anything. If there are questions about anything, feel free to e-mail/pm me and I will do my best to point you in the right direction. Another good place to send questions is our 800 number which is 800-4-MOTEL6.
