This is digging up an old thread, but I thought you guys would get a kick out of this:
I received a phone call today from a guy who bought a three totaled Skys and built two solid ones out of them, including mine. As you can guess from the damage pictures, my drivetrain was put into one of the rebuilds... Including the motor, trans, rear end, and ECU. If anyone remember from that time my car was pretty heavily tuned and I happened to be running a pretty special tune that week that I was working on (lots and lots of boost).
Apparently he went to test drive after getting it into the new car and it scared him silly (I was probably up around 26psi with that tune, and he's in colder air), he wanted to know how to get it back to "normal." I wasn't sure whether I was proud or disappointed he wanted it back to stock. :laugh:
