I don't know what you're talking about but my corgi makes nary a peep. I assume you're talking about them barking, which is yes, something they do because they are a herding breed. I don't know if I've ever seen a corgi barking for no reason though - its usually only at dog parks where they're trying to herd the other dogs.

Not talking about them making noise, it's the way they bark, the way they prance around. To me little dogs in general are just annoying. If they actually barked a lot it would just be that much worse.
