Is that really how it got ran over? I'm not sure I really believe it got ran over by a tank, like you said the pictures dont show the tread marks. But the thing is smashed so I dont know,

I saw a video of a huge tractor running over a laptop and it didn't look as bad as one would think, so I believed him when he said a tank ran over it.

One my coworkers there said he once had a guy bring in a laptop with a bullet hole in the screen. Colorado Springs = Army town.

That was me. I called Geek Squad about 10 times a day for 5 months until they finally broke down and stopped sending it in over a over again. I told them that the contact states that on the fourth return for the same problem, the iPod is considered a lemon and must be replaced under Texas State Law AND under the Protection Plan. They sent my iPod off EIGHT times. I called them like no other. I called and called and visited and called. They hated me, but I won. I bought a new 3 or 5 year service plan for my new iPod. If it breaks, I hope the same employees are there so they think, "Fuck this, give him a new one."

Not saying the system is perfect, it just sucks being the fall guy.

I also had a guy bring in a laptop to get replaced under is accidental damage plan. It was bent and had deep horizontal scratches traveling along the top of the system. I asked him what happened and he told me a tank ran over it, a Bradley tank to be precise.


Symptoms: Unit was ran over by a Bradley tank (Really). Damage covered under ADH.

Condition: A freakin' tank hit it, what do you think?
