I think there were around 15 techs total by the time I quit, and I'd say that 5 of them were really good technicians, the other 10....could barely plug in a computer. But yea, you do have to take a lot of customer abuse, its a good thing though because it will slowly start to affect you less and less each time.

A girl comes in looking for a CD but can't find find a salesman (they're all off oogling some girl in the car audio department). CD's are technical. The computer guy is technical. It's not hard to see why she came to you.
