Brief rundown: In season 2 became the acting director and in season 3 was the director of CTU. Nobody knows exactly what happened with him at the end of season 3, but basically he made some decisions that may have had a personal bias and those decisions did not quite go along with how he was supposed to act. That being said he kind of made Jack Bauer type of decisions, you know the risky badass type things, but as the CTU director I suppose he didn't quite have the same freedom that Jack Bauer would have. So nobody knows if he was thrown in prision for breaking federal statutes, or was just forced out, probation or what.

I think most of us would agree that Tony was a pretty awesome character. Hence the responses he got from us!

eh? He was thrown in jail for the "decisions" he made in order to save his wife. He was sent to prison for one year, but Palmer pardon him before leaving office. Suppously he is mad at the world now.

And where did you get that info from? That sure wasn't at the end of Season 3.

I think there is a short 10 minute preview of season 4 included with the season 3 dvd set that explains what happened.

anyone else wish that Driscoll's daugher had died? That subplot is stupid.

Also, if Maryanne turns out to be another mole (looking more and more like it), I may stop watching as this would be an official "give up" by the writers for coming up with anything original.

Ever year we hear "CTU has been compromised". It gets old.

And that Berooz kid is a goddamn idiot. You've been brought up all your life to believe in this "cause" that know you're realizing is bad and shouldn't be happening. Your father hires someone to kill you, you actually thwart that attempt and escape... so what do you do? You run to your girlfriend-killing mommy expecting her to save you from the bad daddy. STUPID. Made me want to see him killed, but it's obvious that he'll end up helping CTU.

Time flies faster during commercials.

24 has become really predictable, and this the only the second season Im watching. Besides the part where Tony bursts in and saves Jack+company, I could see most of the things coming.

And this Aisha Tyler character being a mole is just really frickin idiotic...it seems that the writers think that the audience loves REALLY annoying characters, last season it was Chloe and the prez's ex-wife and this season it's Chloe and Aisha Tyler's character

seemed more like Tony was sitting at home locked, cocked, and ready to go....just waiting for Jack's call

That was Tony? For a second I thought it was Davis Hasselhoff. It took Jack 30 minutes to drive to the station from CTU and took Tony 5 minutes to lock and load, drive there, know exactly where Jack as trapped, and go. Hehe, 24 cracks me up.

Edgar and the pre-compiled headers rocks. I love abusing tech terms

Or maybe he was hiding in the trunk of Jack's car. I wonder if Michelle is hiding back there as well.
