Tonight's 24 Episode 02-19-2007...[Spoilers Inside once 24 airs EST, You have been warned!]

I'm trying to remember the snippets from next week's episode. Relying on memory, so help is appreciated...

*Spoilers for 2/26 episode*

You see a shot of ex-President Logan. Jack is on the phone with Buchanan, who questions what Logan's motivations are, and Jack thinks that it's not because he wants freedom; he has a different idea in mind (camera cuts to a picture of Logan and his [ex?] wife Martha). Meanwhile in the White House bunker, Lennox has been bound up with adhesive tape and his aide tells him that he can't stop what's happening. Then you see someone wiring an electronic device (cellphone?) and placing it under the top of a wooden lecturn. Then in slow motion you see President Palmer and several other individuals walk past an open door into a room.......

um, 7th season being Jack's last doesn't make sense....Kiefer signed a contract for 3 more seasons so at the very least he'd be playing Jack until the end of season 8....

did anyone call the number on the phone jack called to call logan? i just called it... a recording in spanish told me that i reached the nextel phone for 24 and that i was too late for something... couldn't understand it.

anyone speak spanish? the number is 310-597-3781

What? Heroes is more and more retarded? What's more retarded than a show that's been on for 6 seasons and is using the SAME PLOTLINE over and OVER again?

Come on. I love 24, but how can any 24 fan ignore the fact that we're dealing with nukes YET AGAIN just like in season 2.

Also, just like season 5, Fayed has 3 more nukes out there. Kinda like how Bierko had 19 more canisters out there? Har?

Just like in Season 2 we have a VP that's wavering.

And wouldn't you know, just when the show gets dull, Fox puts on a 2 hour special and still loses to Heroes in viewership.

And as the show gets even duller, we have old characters show up. Remember season 4? Tony shows up and we're like WOW he's BACK and kicking ASS. So now Logan comes back? Come on.

Every twist and every turn that 24 takes is almost the same. It follows the same logic with different people each time. I can't guess who's going to be in the twist because honestly, does it matter? You could put Chloe as the double agent or Morris as the double agent. Did it matter that Tom Lennox had an aide that was a backstabber? Tom could've done it all himself. Or they could've made Karen the double agent right? Oh, and we're going to let someone into the bunker. Didn't they let someone into CTU in Season 5? How familiar.

Come on. I watch both Heroes and 24 and I'll switch between teh weeks depending which I feel like watching. I don't understand how you can possibly diss Heroes. The plot is genuine and sure I bet you half of the reason why its so successful is because its on its first season, and you can't get repetetive yet.

To think 24 is "SO GOOD" is almost tragic. 24 has a plot that clicks and catches on. It's not new. It's not creative, it's OLD. Yes, we still love seeing Jack kick ass, but if there's something new and more creative on TV, by far that would win. I think a lot of us still watch 24 simply because we want to know what happens next. That's it.

Anyways, one thing that bothers me.

You know how Jack always goes "The bomb already killed 1000 people.. blah blah you're responsible for thousands of innocent lives." Please. He used the line in Season 5 when people died int he mall. Season 4 when meltdowns occured, etc etc. Season 2 when the other nuke went off.

I understand that its one form of persuassion, but I don't get WHY he has to use this method. You know how they always have to send someone in undercover, whether it's someone they kinda force to sleep with the enemy? Jack always says that this person they're trying to get to is responsible for thousands of deaths and that they are the only lead. I don't like how he pressured his sister-in-law to go visit his dad like that. It's just so BS.

The hostage thing happens EVERY TIME too. Jack just goes "I give you my WORD I'll keep him alive," and then goes onto saying how the only link to stopping more nukes is the person who is holding the hostage. Why doesn't he EVER explain to people that hostage = leverage and leverage is NOT expendable, meaning Josh CANNOT be killed. Otherwise it's game over for Papa Bauer. Thus, mommy should be worried, but she shouldn't feel so helpless.

Anyways, I'm waiting to see next week's episode to see what happens to Tom and especially the President. I wanna see how Logan comes back too.

Apparently there are 720p torrents now for 24. Maybe I don't need to record all my 24 episodes now and I can just do that with Heroes instead.

Heroes has way too many characters and is moving too slow. Hiro/Ando part is like a cartoon...it's just so stupid. Too many fillers. Just get to the point.
