Now I remember him. He was the guy who lost his limbs on Dexter yet managed to maintain a really good attitude. IIRC Dexter's sister got him a hooker.

Did Jack purposely do a piss-poor job of convincing Ben's father that he wasn't in league with Kate? That wasn't too smart. Now I think Ben's father knows that Kate and Jack have inside information. My guess is he is going to tell Horace that he thinks they are Others trying to spy on Dharma. Jack, Kate and whoever else came in on that plane will be questioned and I think that is what will start the shitstorm they were describing in the upcoming eps where "sides will be chosen".

that is a huge question. I wouldn't rule out that they are some remenants of dharma, because I don't know who else they might be. I suppose they could be with penny, or even one/some of the losties. But since their code is about the statue, I'm gonna say "other", not as in the others, just someone else. damnnn

No, I've seen every episode. I just don't recall Miles being aware of the thoughts of the Dead. Perhaps I just forgot the incidences where it ooccurred or attributed them as "Gut feeling" or something. :shrug;

off the top of my head, we first saw his ability with his vacuum looking thing in that black woman's house in her son's(i think) room. I think there was talk about eko's picture being on the wall?

and then we saw miles talking to faraday when they walked over a fresh grave. Pretty sure there were more obvious situations also
