Actually I don't think we have any idea who Alvar Hanso is. The only time he is mentioned is in the Dharma film they saw at the hatch which identified him as an arms dealer who financed the Dharma inititiave.
Unless Hanso is Widmore??
And will we finally see the DeGroots come off the sub>

I love/hate that site. I get so deep into it, I easily waste so much time just clicking links upon links and get to the most random destinations. Was just reading up on the official wikipedia website about the "Lost Experience" due to my little adventures through lostpedia.

Tonight's show was great. I love seeing Hurley and Miles together - those two get into the most hilarious shenanigans and conversations.

Especially looking forward to Faraday and seeing what adventures he got himself into since the last time jump, and specifically how and why he left the island.

funny note about lostpedia. I wrote a final research paper on the Lost series for my second writing course here at OSU, as I elected to take Critiquing Television. Fun course.

I actually really enjoyed writing that paper too, which I love writing when it's material I can really get into, and not just do to fulfill a requirement.
Lostpedia was a major focus for material, but of course as a single reference point, I wanted more and it proved a great starting point to jump around from.
But damn... didn't have trouble writing the paper on time, but I could have been done with it sooner if I hadn't wasted so much time just going off and random reading tangents around that site. Half was to see if I could dig up more material for my thesis that I hadn't even thought of at first, and the other half was just because it kept getting more interesting, helping me fill in gaps for sake of just pure enjoyment of the series.

Once this show is over I am most definitely watching the entire series from start to end on Blu-ray. Perfect timing too since next season is the end, and I'll have some down time between graduating and going onto my military career training.

Oh, I certainly missed something What in this episode essentially "told" the viewers that Widmore did it?

The moment Miles was "reading" the dead body in the restaurant kitchen. Can't remember exactly what was said but it was about Widmore and a plane crash and other stuff. At first I thought it was just about the Oceanic 815 crash, but as people mentioned it here after the end of the show, it made sense. But I've since forgotten the exact details that were said. Lostpedia just had me in a trance.

Basically when Miles was "reading" him, he said he died bringing some stuff to Whitmore. Papers, photos, and an order for a custom-built plane. IIRC that's what he said, can't remember exactly.

It's from the hatch (I forget the name of the station), remember that's the one that studies magnetism. Which is what cased the worker's death. I'm looking forward to the one that shows what happened during the Incident at the hatch. Hopefully it also explains why the timer was needed.

It looks like there's a 5th party (1-survivors, 2-others, 3-Darma, 4-Widmore) that's going to be introduced. Those that ask "do you know what lies in the shadow of the statue". At the end of the show, they say that in 2 weeks, for the 100th eps, we'll see the story from a different perspective.

This is the same question that was asked to Lepidus by the new survivors. It also appears that the guy that was with the bounty hunter chick that got Sayid... was the same guy in the van that kidnapped Miles.
