I don't blame you for being cautious, but id go for it. $100 or even $125 is not a bad deal, and if you really have that many doubts about his honesty, just meet up with him somewhere and make sure its legit.

Alright, I'll get it all set up good and nice then. Thanks for all the input, I'm a newbie when it comes to speeds and whatnot. All I know is I have ap4 2.0ghz dell under my hands here, and I like it and hope that celeron will run just as well.

My dad has one just like that except P4. On his there is a green plastic duct with a fan in it going from the back grill to over the proc. That part seems to be missing on this one, judging by the pics.
